Required Skills: B. S. Degree in Information Technology required, Masters preferred. Candidates must be experienced in Peoplesoft HCM and Financial Applications 8.x developing solutions using Peoplesoft Tools, Peoplecode, SQL, SQR, and Application Engine toolsets. Experience with application and testing of Peoplesoft custom izations patches, bundles and maintenance packs is required. Demonstrated development experience in the Peoplesoft HCM and Financial Applications, interfaces and reports. Demonstrated experience (minimum of 5- 7 years) working with Peoplesoft development tools such as PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, Application Messaging and Application Engine toolsets. Analytical problem solving and excellent written/oral communication skills are also required and reports. Upgrade and patch implementation experience. Stung communication skills. Experience interacting and communicating with functional managers. Knowledge of Peoplesoft HCM and Finance application business processes

4) Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst
Responsibilities include:
Consults with internal users to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs as they relate to government contracting industry and the PeopleSoft AP, EX, PO and workflow applications. Provides solutions to these complex business issues.
Develops detailed business user requirements, system configuration documentation, workflow procedures and rules.
Reviews and approves requested application changes and develops detailed specifications for implementation.
Coordinates and/or performs testing of system patches, upgrades, and modification/customizations. Provides/coordinates end user system training along with training aids/materials.
Builds effective relationships with business units to develop a "joint" vision. Works together with Consultants and
Projects Managers to ensure the client's business needs have been met.
Participates in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge.
Minimum of 5-7 years experience with government contracting operations and/or implementation of packaged software. Preferably experience with PeopleSoft Financials 8.0 or higher. Demonstrated full life cycle implementation experience in an ERP package such as PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP around the AP/EX/PO/Workflow Application or similar Enterprise Crystal
