Demonstrated development experience in the Peoplesoft HCM and Financial Applications, interfaces and reports. Demonstrated experience (minimum of 5- 7 years) working with Peoplesoft development tools such as PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, Application Messaging and Application Engine toolsets. Analytical problem solving and excellent written/oral communication skills are also required and reports. Upgrade and patch implementation experience. Stung communication skills. 4) Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst
Responsibilities include:
Consults with internal users to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs as they relate to government contracting industry and the PeopleSoft AP, EX, PO and workflow applications. Provides solutions to these complex business issues.
Develops detailed business user requirements, system configuration documentation, workflow procedures and rules.
Reviews and approves requested application changes and develops detailed specifications for implementation.
Coordinates and/or performs testing of system patches, upgrades, and modification/customizations. Provides/coordinates end user system training along with training aids/materials.
Builds effective relationships with business units to develop a "joint" vision. Works together with Consultants and
Projects Managers to ensure the client's business needs have been met.
Participates in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge.
Minimum of 5-7 years experience with government contracting operations and/or implementation of packaged software. Preferably experience with PeopleSoft Financials 8.0 or higher. Demonstrated full life cycle implementation experience in an ERP package such as PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP around the AP/EX/PO/Workflow Application or similar Enterprise applications. High
level of computer literacy Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, VISIO, other graphic software. Strong business analysis and financial acumen. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to write functional designs for customizations, reports and data conversions. Experience using ERP tools and/or third party tools such as SQL, PS Query, Crystal reports.
