RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews, analyzes and evaluates user needs related to HR system(PeopleSoft)
Recommends enhancements to the user interface
Translates user requirements into functional specifications
Develops and executes test plans and scripts
Coordinates User Acceptance Testing
Assist with the preparation of training materials, classes and exercises
Liaison between technical staff and user group
Creates and maintains project plans
