TREE MAINTENANCE AT THE ACE PARKING LOTS
***************************************************************************
On Saturday, August 26th & Sunday, August 27th the following San Joaquin
ACE stations: Stockton, Manteca, & Tracy will be having trees trimmed in
the parking lots. All vehicles must be removed from the parking lots in
order to prevent damage to personal property. In addition, any vehicles
left in the parking lot will be towed at owner's expense.

20-TRIP TICKET INFORMATION
***************************************************************************
There has been a lot of confusion regarding the 20-trip ticket exchange.
The tickets that have our old prices are no longer accepted on the train.
If there are any unused rides left on the old ticket stock, you will
receive a credit which can be redeemed towards the purchase of a new
ticket. The old ticket must be submitted in order to receive your credit.
Due to the numerous inquiries, ACE will be accepting ticket exchange forms
until the end of August. For more details please contact the Fiscal
Department. at 1-800-411-7245.

New Payment Policy
***************************************************************************
As a reminder, Beginning Monday, August 28, 2006, ACE will no longer be
accepting personal checks. Pin-based debit transactions will also no
longer be available. Debit transactions will continue to be an option as
long as there is a Visa or Master Card logo. Acceptable payment methods
remain: Cash, Commuter Checks, RideChecks, and Credit Cards (Visa or
Master Card only).

Valid COMPANY checks are accepted ONLY at ACE headquarters through the mail
at 949 E. Channel St., Stockton, CA 95202.

ACE Negotiates Ticket Sales for San Jose Diridon Station
***************************************************************************
ACE is in negotiations with Amtrak to sell one-way tickets at the San Jose
Diridon ticket window. When these details are finalized, an announcement
will be made providing the start date for this change.
