ACE Annual Passenger Survey

Based on passenger feedback, the 2010 ACE Annual Passenger Survey is now
available *ONLINE!* ACE invites all passengers to take a moment to complete the
survey designed to give us valuable feedback on the quality and experience of
the the ACE service. The survey will only be available through *December 13th.
*All online respondents who complete the survey before December 3rd will be

ACE Holiday Schedule

Please note that ACE will not be in service Thanksgiving Day, November 25 and
the day after Thanksgiving, November 26. For the month of December, ACE will not
be in service on the 24th and 31st, with ACE operating on a *modified schedule*
on December 23 and 30. On the days of the modified schedule, ACE will operate
ACE 01 and 03 in the morning and ACE 04 and 06 in the evening. Please click here

Delay Related Communication

Please make sure you subscribe to the ACE Text Alerts to stay informed in the
event of train delays. Subscribe to the ACE Text Alerts by texting
*ace.amalerts* to *292929* for AM trains and *ace.pmalerts* to *292929* for PM
trains.

option called messages - Next you will need to enter the message and the number
where you are sending the message - For the message, enter: *ace.amalerts* -
For the number, enter: *292929* - Send your message and you will receive a

for the AM alerts and the PM alerts. For AM alerts, use ace.amalerts and for PM
