Legal Counsel for Valdez said it is a pretty bad deal. That they even through in Vessel Tax that has to do with Valdez & the Ships that come and go with oil from the Alyeska terminal.
He commented that only arbitration would be allowed once the illegal agreement is accepted by the Legislature. That International law, not Alaska State law ... & no legal recourse through the courts.
