With the movement to Agile methods comes the need for leadership that supports the Agile values, methods and practices. This face to face and on-line discussion group meets in Portland, Oregon, and in cyberspace. We welcome anyone interested in learning more about leading Agile projects and organizations.

We welcome our colleagues to this list and their encourage full participation in the group. This is intended to be a low volume group with messages primarily intended to notify our members of upcoming meetings or other notes of local (Portland Metro area) interest. A colleague participates in the group by attending meetings, helping to organize the group, posting discussion topics on the list or otherwise showing interest. We accept announcements and other postings of a commercial nature from members only insofar as they also participate as colleagues in our group discussions, at meetings or online.
