Hello XPDX-ers and APLN-PDX-ers,

You're invited to the 8th Annual Retrospective Facilitators Gathering
scheduled for May 11-15 at Boulder Mountain Lodge in Colorado, USA.

The gathering is a 5-day residential event which is run as an Open
Space to allow participants to propose their own sessions for the
week. This year, we have many experienced retrospective facilitators
attending including: _Agile Retrospectives_ authors Esther Derby and
Diana Larsen, George Dinwiddie, Ken Pugh, Charlotte Malther and Frowin
Fatjak. For the past seven years, _Project Retrospectives_ author,
Norm Kerth, has attended. We hope he'll join us this year too.

If you have some experience in facilitating retrospectives and would
like to hone your skills then you need to attend. The community of new
facilitators grows and strengthens through participation in this
gathering.

Who is invited? Facilitators, coaches, and others who lead or
participate in retrospectives. Organization development practitioners
who are interested in using the practice and researchers studying the
impact of retrospectives in organizations.

We don't make money (nor lose money, we hope) on this non-for-profit
event. The registration fee of $400 USD covers meeting space for the
conference, snacks, and supplies, plus lunches and two group dinners.
Each participant is responsible for his/her own arrangements at the
Lodge.

In the past, we have filled very quickly so we urge you to register as
soon as you can. Registration deadline is March 6, 2009.
