I promise to make this announcement short and to the point.
I will be teaching a public Writing Agile Use Cases course March 18+19 at the Center for Professional Development of OHSU (formerly OGI). We have enough students to hold the class. But there are spots for a few more students.
This class is intended for those who see value in writing brief, to the point use cases but want to know 1) how to lighten them up; 2) relate them to user stories; 3) how use cases can be done better if you know just a few things that user experience designers do; and 4) how to write just enough at the right time to support project, release and iteration planning.
While the class has short exercises, attendees are also welcome to bring their own use cases to class and we can spend time giving them a tune-up, too.
Who should attend?
Analysts, product owners, or developers who want to know how to describe usage and write agile use cases
Any one who writes, reads or reviews software usage requirements: technical writers, software product marketers, business analysts, and end users
Software evaluators and testers, including quality assurance professionals

"A man should learn to detect and watch that gleam of light which flashes across his mind from within, more than the lustre of the firmament of bards and sages. Yet he dismisses without notice his thought, because it is his."--Ralph Waldo Emerson
