1. Designation: Associate/Senior Associate, Executive Search
Experience- 1-2 years
Role:
®To conduct primary & secondary research
®To make presentations as and when required
®To conduct cold calls telephonically
®To prepare and update research
®To participate in lead generation for sales
®To participate & conduct activities in the pre –selection
process for candidates. These activities would include sourcing,
initial
screenings, interviewing, testing, reference checking, interview
coordination etc.,
®Handle client interaction as and when required.
®Coaching and assisting new recruits on the job

2. Designation: Executive Search Manager
Experience- 2-4 years
Role:
Business Management
®To best achieve Revenue Targets
®To ensure that client servicing and satisfaction is achieved
through documented accountability
Candidate Management
®To profile, brief, interview and shortlist candidates' based
on client requirements
®To deliver on assignments within timelines outlined by the
clients.
®To participate in the entire candidate management process.
®To best represent the firm when interacting with candidates.
Client Management
®To best represent the firm in servicing existing and new clients.
®To best maintain documentation of all interactions with clients.
®Generate new leads for business development.
Internal Management & Training
®To train and mentor staff of the firm to best support your own
function and in achieving results.

Location: Bandra, Mumbai
