Hi,

Please give solution to the following prob--

A teacher wrote a 10 digit number on the board and asked her students to subtract the sum of digits of  the number from the
number. Raju performed the subtraction but accidently erased one of the digits in the result. The remaining digits were 1, 2, 3, 3, 6,
6, 8, 8, 9( not necessarily in that order) which digit did Raju erase?

1)    9        2)    8
3)    4        4)     Cannot be determined

Rajendra

It is of the format: (1/3) [ {(1/5 - 1/8)} + {(1/8) - (1/11)} + ....... + {(1/242) - (1/245)}] = 1/3 * [1/5 - 1/245] = 1/3 * [(240)/(5*245)] = 16/245 ---> Ans....
