Having problems with message search?
Hai all ,
I am a software engineer with 6 months of work experience.I wud
like you ppl to help me with few standard questions-I mean how to
answer in a more professional way.I wud like to do my MBA-with HR as
my specialisation.
1. What is ur objective in life??
(the immediate objective should not be bout the rank, position or money, i think it should be to get as much of the valuable work experience as u can)
2. What are ur career goals five years from now and ten years from
now?

(i think, 5 yrs from now u should mainly focus on getting exposed to the wider horizons of the sector u would be working on again by gettin work ex as these r goin to be ur first few yrs at the JOB. but 10 years down the line u gotto be a bit more specific about the position u wanna acquire, the financial status u expect to acheive etc. etc)
3. Mention any 5 weaknesses of ur personal traits-(donno what to put
in-???)
(weaknesses can be plenty, but i ll tell u what i would say if someone asks me-my answer would be - may be sometimes i tend to go into too much of detail of things -- i do get a bit overconfident at times -- i am not very good at categorizing and classyfying the things -- etc etc. )
