i work in their billing department and just wanted to show everyone
some articles i have found about at&t's current business SNAFU.

both articles show at&t has billed customers(actually peeople who
are NOT evn at&t customers). These people weren't even using at&t
and they got billed!

here is what i think happens:

1) a customer drops AT&T and switches to one of the MUCH better
suppliers
2) at&t tries unsuccessfully to get that customer back
3) at&t then goes after people that customer has called or received
calls from(many of which are not at&t customers)
4) at&t then bills those non-customers


at&t basically has NO products or even a NAME or REPUTATION to sell
anymore. To attract investor at&t needs to come up with a profit.
So how do they make their "profit"?
Bill people who aren't even at&t customers.

AT&T corporate are liars, thiefs, crooks and will soon be sharing
cells with the folks from ENORON and MCI.
