Dear professional collegues

One of our client has received the following email. I am not sure whether this is something genuine or some phishing activities are going on. Becuase when you click the link, it says that the site is blocked as forgery site. Can anyone throw some light on this?

Tax Refund Notification - ICICI Corporate Banking

After the last annual calculations of your fiscal activity, we have determined that you are eligible to receive a tax refund of Rs. 82,070. Please submit the tax refund request and allow us 2-3 days in order to process it.
