Austrainrail and Frequency is a group for members to discuss all aspects of railway operation within Australia. Preservation, trip reports, infrastructure, rumour, locations, photography, industrial, future operations, rail frequencies, scanners used or just to chat and reminisce of days gone by, basically anything railway orientated.

Austrainrail and Frequency has been set up with a moderated membership, approved by the owner of the group. This will stop spammers. Needless to say disrespect and or abuse or profanity is in no way suitable for discussion on this mailing list. Keep it on list. So feel free to send in those posts, we are not looking for maximum numbers of recorded posts per month, just a few quality ones. Also if you wish to consider a potential member that the group could positively benefit from his/her input, while keeping strictly to the above, drop the moderators a line for their consideration.

People who regularly apply for membership, then later delete their membership and wish to reapply might not get membership back.
