This group was set up as a general purpose information sharing facility for participants of all "Tax Effective" Managed Business Projects where the ATO have decided to retrospectively DISALLOW tax deductions claimed by investors over at least a five year period.

Apart from supporting each other, a number of initiatives will stem from this information exchange, which we believe will result in a favourable resolution to over 100 disallowed project deductions involving about 150,000 Australians.
