Picture this:<br>in a big city, a metropolis,
lives a special category of people, 200,000 of them,
70% younger than 40, most of them upper income
bracket.<br>Because being one of them and knowing them very well,
you've figured out that they would appreciate a special
kind of entertainment, but this is not available in
our metropolis.<br>With an investment of $20,000 you
could come up with this special entertainment with an
unparalleled project that would be yet unrivaled in this
market niche.<br>The approx. turn over would be about a
quarter million per year, the resulting profit approx.
40k to 50k.<br>The question is, where to get the
money for the launch?<br><br>What would you do?

I have compiled several investment links for my
financial students and clients that can be viewed for free
on my website. The site is
www.wizmo.com/finassetscapital. When it loads, go to investment links. Even my
competitors are listed. Feel free to set a bookmark, as I
will constantly update these links. By the way, CEO
Express and Financial Executives Institutes have links
there.

I belong to a yahoo club which uses computers to
forecast a wide variety of macroeconomic variables, and
also uses a computer to OBJECTIVELY select stocks for
a series of blue chip portfolios. Their portfolio
performance goes back over 30 years, and a lot of their macro
graphs do too. The url is:
<a href=http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/aaabluechips
target=new>http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/aaabluechips</a> Look in Photos and
News. I have posted in the
Photos section of this club some of their stuff, and
have posted below one of the recent messages at the
club. Check it out. <br> <br>Watch the Wallace
Portfolio a3blue<br> 7/6/00 8:32 am <br>In the stock
market, the rewards go to the strongest. It is a true
"survival of the fittest" environment, to use the
terminology of Charles Darwin. Actually, Darwin's "survival
of the fittest" theory was first set forth by an
18th century scientist named Alfred R. Wallace. It is
after this gentleman that the Wallace Portfolio is
named. The stocks in the Wallace Portfolio are selected
by a computer, based upon a series of algorithms
that measure cyclical growth, secular growth, and
risk. The same stock selection process that is used
today selected stocks for the portfolio in the 1980s,
1970s, and late 1960s. The Wallace Portfolio currently
holds 17 stocks, and is up 19.1% for the six months
ended June 30, verses the S&P Composite which is down
1.0% for the same period. The following table lists
the compound ANNUAL growth rates for the Wallace
Portfolio and the S&P Composite for various time periods.
The numbers exclude dividends but include transaction
costs (for the Wallace Portfolio).<br><br>*****Wallace
Portfolio S&P Composite<br>last 5 years 40.06%****
21.71%<br>last 10 years 30.79***** 15.05<br>last 20 years
25.16***** 13.48<br>last 31 years 20.44***** 9.12<br><br>The
Wallace Portfolio ONLY holds BLUE CHIP stocks and does
not trade (the average holding period for a given
stock is 65.3 weeks). Compare this performance record
to any diversified mutual fund, and you will be
pleasantly surprised. A detailed record of historical
performance, stock selection methodology, and current holdings
for the Wallace Portfolio can be found in Photos:
Blue Chip Stock Universe: Portfolios. Every week any
portfolio changes are reported in Photos: Portfolio
Buy/Sell Ideas. <br> <br> <br> <br>

If you are looking for a site
(<a href=http://www.amateur-investors.com
target=new>http://www.amateur-investors.com</a>) that screens for companies
using several
parameters such as sales and earnings growth, group
strength, profit margins, cash flows and moving averages
this is a good place to start.
