This group is for the exchange of information between steno-writers who are involved in the profession of Realtime (on-line) Broadcast Captioning. Because many steno-captioners also provide Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART), the group is also a forum for steno-writers involved in the CART profession to share and exchange information related to CART.

Although court reporters and court reporting students interested in the field are welcome, this is not a forum for legal court reporting.
