My boss just set up his BPO business and i am doing all the entry and other related work, now he want to set some standard and functioned way through which he come to know how work is flowing so please any one there who suggest me the good way of doing BPO work.

A Employee Join the Firm on 01st June 2006 which i entered in Coloum A2. In Second Coloum B2 i write the number 6 representing his probationary period. In coloum C2, what formula should i put to get his exact date of confirmation after six months as 01st December 2006 ?? This is only one Example but i have to calculate the date of confirmation for more than 150-200 employees

Here is my answer to your 2nd question:
Firstly keep in mind that transfer of shares by one
shareholder to another person whether existing
shareholder or not does not affect the company itself
as far as money or cash is concerned.
Secondly, Section 76, 77 and 78 of the Companies
Ordinance applies in this case. Briefly stated, both
tansferor or transferee can apply to the Company
Secretary of the Company for the transfer of share
through following steps:
1) an application of transfer of shares
2) duly stamped and executed transfer deed or
instrument of transfer
3) accompanied by Original scrip or share certificate
(s)
Please note that public companies usually appoint
share transfer agents and in that case application
should be made to them.
The Company approves the transfer of shares in a Board
meeting by applying the company seal.
The directors can refuse the transfer on account of
invalid or defective transfer deed.
In the event of undue refusal by directors to transfer
shares bothe the transferee or transferer can seek
remedy from the Court within 30 days of such refusal.
No person except those mentioned in Section 80(3)
(spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, son or
daughter) can be nominated to acquire shares in a
transfer of shares.
I hope the above helps but i would advise you to also
go through the relevant sections yourself.

Thanks for you reply. Actully we are two person who are engaged with that work and my boss having no time to do all that work, now he want to set up some day to day basis reporting through which he come to know how the work is flowing, although we have apply one way by jotting down all the work which we received from out side and who is doing what was the mistake and who checked that. So please suggest me some other way which make it less time consuming and effective.
