If you can't walk across the office and sit down with a senior broker
to discuss your particular loan, why would you share your income?
What value is he adding? I think joining a Florida firm is a bad idea.

I love the idea of doing SBA loans in today's market. It's all about
government loans these days. Churches are okay too. The reality,
however, is that you won't get enough leads in the early years to be
able to pick and choose that selectively.
