What is the best scenario for a newcomer? I have been struggling with my start up and I do have a RE background by never did residential or commercial before. I do have a registered company and have been self-trained with DVD course. Seems like most of the opportunities to team up with others are out of NY. I do live in Queens, NY.
Here are the choices?
1. Join a commercial net branch in another state (I am in NY)
2. Startup my own company and co-broker with an established company out of state
3. Join up with Interbay or some other well structured company who gives the training and be independent.
