This group is designed to allow California appraisers to communicate with one another concerning California related appraisal topics.

While California appraisers are encouraged to join and communicate with other professionals in the real estate valuation industry, the membership of this group is not limited to California appraisers. Anyone in the real estate valuation industry can join.

However, this is a no flame and no spam group. Membership must be approved by the owner, R. Dennis Tompkins, and while members are allowed to post concerning products or services they have to offer which would benefit the membership, spamming is strictly prohibited. Membership in this group requires the approval of the owner and violation of spamming or flaming another member is strictly prohibited and will cause removal from this group by the owner.

The group goal is to allow appraisers and valuation experts/professionals to communicate with one another in a professional manner with the goal of advancing the professionalism of California and national appraisers. Benefits to members include sharing information, marketing ideas, how to appraise property specific to the state of California and assist each other in the preparation of professional appraisal reports and communication to clients.
