Respected members of the Group,
One company was registered
with the object of dealing in computer hardware
and software and related business.
The original object cannot be acheived and
as such it is desired to change the object
clause - TO CONSTRUCTION
however, the case does not fall within
Section 17(1) (a) to (g) of the companies
Act.
I seek your advice as to how the object
clause can be changed.
