I took a drive on it too. Once this section from QE-2 to TCH-1 NW leg is
completed;it still will not qualify TCH-1 and QE-2 on a freeway network. There
are two lights on the entire leg. One at Centre Street and the other at Nose
Hill Drive which is across the bridge. I don't think in our remaining lifetimes
will we see interchanges at those location. It will take many years for that to
happen.
