Welcome to the listserv for Louisiana capital defenders. This group is designed to allow capital defenders in Louisiana to share information, advice and support. The list is open to attorneys, mitigation specialists and fact investigators working in capital defense.

We want a courteous, professional and helpful email list providing an opportunity for a free exchange of information and ideas. We do not want any spam and anyone who persists in posting material not relevant to this list, political statements, junk mail, abusive or threatening material etc. will be suspended from the list. Use this list to benefit your clients and make sure that you protect your client's interests in the way in which you use the list.
