CFMS, also known and Creditor Financial Management Systems, has been established to assist members of the South African Community to be able to analyse their financial positions regarding "bad" debt. This facility make it possible to understand your Legal Rights regarding "bad" debts and assists and trains the members of public in their legal procedings. Contracts and other legal documents are made available to those who needs guidelines and assistance to make arrangements with Creditors. Bad debt is managed and no futher debts is created.
