Julio N. Berjón MD, 84, of Chicago, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2009.
Julio was a longtime member of the Spanish Association of the Midwest and served in its board of directors for many year.
Julio was born in Spain, and was a physician at St. Mary Hospital, and formerly of University and Mercy Hospital of Chicago. Beloved husband of the late Vera, nee Schroeder. Dr. Julio leaves to cherish his memories, one brother, other loving family members, and a myriad of dear friends. Preceded in death by his brothers and sister.
Visitation Saturday, June 13, 2009, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Drake & Son Funeral Home, 5303 N. Western Avenue, Chicago.
The funeral will follow in Spain.
