The Chicagoland HR Transition Group is a networking group for transitioning HR professionals seeking opportunities in the metropolitan Chicago and suburban areas. The group was formed upon the merger of three Chicago area HR networking groups (Northwest HR Group, JobNetworkILHR and most recently The Oak Brook Group). Please note, the group is only open to experienced HR professionals, HR professionals in transition as well as group alumni.

Those wishing to join must submit information regarding their professional HR experience to the group moderator, Matt Kerr. Messages include meeting notices, job leads, landings, requests for contacts at specific companies and helpful job search information. Members contribute to the success of the group by actively sharing leads and providing feedback to information requests.

The job leads posted are those typically not found elsewhere and are posted/shared with us by search firms, corporate HR professionals, alumni as well as group members.
