Circa Pictures Enters Into a Production Partnership Agreement With Allison Legacy Racing

LOS ANGELES, Sept 04, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Circa Pictures and Production Co., Intl., Inc. (Pink Sheets: CPPD) announced today they entered into an exclusive Reality Television production partnership agreement with Allison Legacy Racing (www.allisonlegacy.com) According to Constantine Papadopoulos, Circa's CEO: "We are very excited to be joining forces with Allison Legacy Racing in the creation of a new television show that will introduce viewers to this unique concept. The Allison Family is true royalty in the world of Stock Car Racing and Kenny, Ronald and Donald Allison have continued this family tradition in creation of the Legacy Racing circuit and Legacy car."

According to Frank Hagan, Circa's VP of Television: "Three years ago, I was on a production shoot in Hickory, NC and saw the Allison Legacy car in action. It's a real race car, a Nextel Cup style racer designed and built by a family of pure racers. When I learned the average age of the drivers was 15 years of age, I immediately knew I wanted to turn Legacy Racing into a reality show. Now, with Circa and the Allison's, its going to happen. The program will be called Allison Legacy Racing: Real Cars, Real Kids, Real Racing.
