Position:
Client Services Manager
Role Description:
Manage the implementation and launch of client programs. Manage the
on-going strategic relationship and further development of our high
value clients.
Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage the client implementation process from contract
signature through deployment of the solution taking full
responsibility for delivery of the suite of products the client
selected. On-going account management after deployment of the
solution.
* Communicate directly with the client project team and resources to
identify, document, assign and deliver client specific key elements
to ensure a timely and successful launch.
* Efficiently manage the client and internal company resources to
meet the established milestones, ensuring targeted completion dates
are achieved via project management tools.
* Simultaneously run several implementation projects, communicate
project data, track and analyze status of all ongoing projects.
* Professionally manage client relationships to ensure consistently
high satisfaction levels. Continuously deliver outstanding service
and problem resolution to ensure our organization is adhering to our
high standards set with the client.
* Serve in a highly visible, client-facing role which requires
excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Directly liaise with the client Program Manager to resolve any
open issues/actions which arise during the normal course of
business.
* Efficiently work with the Salesperson on each account benchmarking
progress on a quarterly basis, gathering program measurements,
tracking, and analyzing the data to ensure development of the
business at levels agreed.
* Identify new opportunities within the client.
* Regular reporting on client specific activities.
* Maintain a detailed knowledge of Globoforce's products and services
* Manage special projects and see through to completion.
Qualifications:
* College Degree or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 5+ years of business experience with a demonstrated
ability to implement and manage complex programs for Fortune 1000
clients
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills required to
document and communicate with internal and external resources.
* Ability to work directly with field sales, technical, marketing
and operations personnel.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required to
ensure accuracy and effective execution
* Demonstrated Project management skills in implementing and
managing solutions for Global 2000 clients.
* Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, fast paced, team
environment.
* Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
* Proficient in SalesForce.com, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft
Office.
* Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
* High energy and positive attitude
