Customer Support Director Job Description

results by accelerating task completion, ensuring that issues are
closed, and focusing participants on priorities. We accompany our
hosted software by a professional services organization with
extensive M&A expertise.
Job responsibilities
• Deliver world class customer support as an individual
contributor and a department leader.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the customer support
department.
Qualifications:
• In-depth understanding of customer support methodology
• Experience supporting on-demand, web-based enterprise
applications
• Experience implementing customer support automation software
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self starter with a whatever-it-takes attitude in a dynamic
work environment
• Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of
experience in the field.
• Experience with global support operations desirable.
• Management experience is a must.
