As part of our strategic growth Amdocs is currently seeking
Developers with CRM/Clarify experience located in Atlanta, GA.
Major Responsibilities:
Developers will be part of Amdocs' CRM (Customer Relationship
Management) Configuration (reference tables) and On-Going Support
teams, located at our customer site, the largest wireless carrier in
the United States

A major function of this position will focus on production issue
investigation, working on a Amdocs CRM (Clarify) version 12
implementation, on a very large scale. This includes playing a key
role in upgrading from 12.0 to Amdocs CRM 6, while supporting both
production and QA. This role also involves production issue
tracking, QA (customer) issue tracking, solution design for
production/QA issues and driving fixes, and designing reviews for
new changes to the system.
Responsibilities also include application parts and Clarify
functionality like Rule Manager, Process Manager, auto destination,
etc.
Developers also may have general responsibility over configuration
(reference tables) issues and tasks

Candidates should have at least one of the following:
Expert level in CRM Clarify (version 12 and up) development (coding
and design)
Clarify CRM configuration and Data Model
Experience with CRM6 development
Experience with both Thin and Thick client implementations of
Clarify CRM suite
