Senior professional level role involved in the full systems life-cycle and is
responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementation, maintaining and
supporting CRM Service and Support Applications (Siebel and Clarify). Candidate
will be responsible for system integration and web application tuning.
Successful candidate will have a solid background in enterprise systems
analysis, design and understands development, quality assurance and integration
methods. Assist in estimating and determining project scope and feasibility;
work closely with Project Managers and technical developers to aid in delivery
of software and systems solutions

Job Functions: (essential job duties, including the percentage of work time
dedicated to each).
1. Develop code enhancements or additions to Service/Support Applications using
J2EE and ClearBasic. Make data modifications and compose procedures and scripts
using PL/SQL and SQL. (70%)
2. Develop and support enterprise application integration, application tuning,
and performance efforts. (15%)
3. Responsible for project/technical documentation (10%)
4. Participate in team meetings and complete basic administrative duties (5%)
-Suitable candidate will possess at least 5 years programming/systems analysis
experience with J2EE and CRM – Clarify CRM (eSupport) and Clarify eFrontOffice
suit of products. A good understanding of object oriented technologies is
important.
It's essential that candidate should possess a strong knowledge of Business
Objects reporting suite of products to produce necessary reports for business
needs.
Proven experience with database programming and data manipulation using SQL and
PL/SQL
-Relevant degree or equivalent experience required
-Experience with XML and/or HTML a plus
Good understanding of Knowledge Management concepts, and hands on experience
with ATC search tools is a plus.
