To make the contact process more efficient and streamlined, we have
decided to offer online support directly from the web page. That's
right, you might have seen this on many consumer web portals where
the "Operator" can answer your questions while you are surfing the
web page. Currently under the "Beta" test mode, we have rolled
out "Live Helper" to around 10 key points of our site.
We currently have just two operators, so we can't offer this service
24/7. However we will try hard to keep the "Live helper" online for
as long as possible. Once new operators are trained, we will increase
our online status to a 24/7 operation.
Want to try "Live helper" and help us test this new piece of
equipment? Just visit one of the pages displaying the "Online
Operator" logo. If the logo says "Operator Online", press the logo
and have a chat to an "Operator". Even if it's just to say hello :-)
If the "Operator" is off line, probably on coffee break, you have the
option to send us an e-mail. We hope this new software will help you
