More home needs to build in Pakistan:

We have started this group to gather pakistani middle class people in small groups of 15 to 30. Who want to buy plot/land togather and then build houses together. This way it will cost less to all of us and we can make a greate community in different cities of Pakistan.

Note:
This idea is copied from the research paper done by PCBA college MBA students in 1995 - 1997 of Pak.

This idea need to be evaluated and discussed among members in each city:

Home size :-> 5 & 10 Marlas.
Total Cost:-> Land & Home & Development= 8+8+4 =20 Lacks
Land cost = Land
Dev Charge= Roads + sure + mosque + play grounds
Home cost = Home building + design + attach to sure & water system

Need community help, so we can keep prices low?

1: We will buy land directly from Government, Owner or work with that real estate agent who will not charge from our group (buyers) any commission. He can charge from the seller.

2: We also welcome Civil Engineers & Architects who can design homes & community plans free for our groups.
