MQSoftware is looking for an experienced senior developer in our
Minneapolis office with broad multi-platform operating system and
programming language experience (C, C++, Java) to help develop support
for new technologies for our commercial family of software products.

MQSoftware develops and sells software in the Enterprise Application
Integration (EAI) and middleware markets based around the IBM WebSphere
family of products. MQSoftware is ranked as one of the fastest growing
technology companies in Minnesota by Deloitte Touche and offers excellent
compensation and stock options. You'll get great experience in a
multi-platform environment, developing commercial middleware software
solutions.

The candidate should have the following skills and experience:
* Strong C++/C Programming
* Java Programming
* Messaging Middleware (MQSeries/WebSphere MQ preferred)
* TCP/IP Programming
* UNIX (AIX, Solaris, HP/UX or Linux)
* Additional Hardware Platform Development (OS/400, Tandem, OpenVMS,
OS/390, etc.)
* Windows 2000/XP
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

The idea candidate would also have one or more of the following skills
and experience:

* Adapative Communication Environment (ACE) Programming
* BEA WebLogic
* WebSphere Application Server
* JMX
* XML Messaging
* Web Services
