Job Description:

 

a.                   Engineering Graduates 15-20 years experience.

b.                   Expertise in Quantity Survey.

c.                   Conversant with Building & Engineering Contracts.

d.                   Good at interpretation of Engineering Contracts.

e.                   Fluent in Communication and Correspondence in English.

f.                     Conversant with law relating to Building and Engineering Contracts.

g.                   Preparation of statement of Claims, Counter, Rejoinder etc.

h.                   Experience in pleading before dispute settlement forums such as DRB, Arbitrations and Conciliation proceedings.

i.           Preferred candidates from hyderabad or ready to rellocate to hyderabad(AP)
