We’re writing to invite you to the Movement dance retreats in December. As always Movement the organic, emotive, soulful dance form is much in demand and many have been asking for more dance-shops in Bombay as well as in other cities. All in all we’ve a busy month of December. Miroir is doing workshops in 3 cities of which you’ve invited to the dance retreats in Bombay and our very special peace-shops Goa! We’re in Delhi as well but that though is a private affair.

Movement – weekend dance retreats, Mumbai
Two weekend dance retreats in Mumbai on the technique and form of Movement. These day-long retreats are set in a quaint secret space in the heart of the city, which transports you to an out-of-Mumbai experience. Drop by this Saturday the 28th between 6 & 8 pm for an informal introduction to the Movement process. We’ll chat, we’ll dance, have some chai and give you glimpse into this unique process.

Workshop Days: Sunday 6th Dec & Saturday 12th Dec ‘09
Time: 11 am to 5 pm (lunch & tea/ coffee included)
Location: 4th Floor, Candelar Building, Near Mount Mary Steps, St. John Baptist Road, Bandra (W), Mumbai – 50.
Workshop fee: Half day - Rs. 1400 inclusive of lunch & tea. Full day - Rs. 2400 inclusive of lunch & tea

P.S: Goa dates and itinerary are in the process of being frozen. All will be revealed soon! We're very excited! Meanwhile dream about sun, sand, surf, fishing, meditation and dance... In January we begin Yoga & Meditation group learning and practice sessions. This is to help people of all ages, fitness levels and internal structures include pranayams and meditation into their daily lives. Yoga & meditation help calm emotions, manage thoughts and build courage and clarity. More on this in January. Be well!
