This group is designed for cupcake shop owners and cupcake shop dreamers. (We love cookies and cakes too!) Members of this group are encouraged to brainstorm and share ideas about their businesses as well as offer general support to one another.

It is my hope that people on this group feel that they can share openly with one another and that it is mutually beneficial. Please do not take ideas if you are not willing to share and please do not post ideas that you do not want "copied." We are all here to learn from one another and to become better bakers and business owners. With that being said, please try to give credit where credit is due and please do not share someone else's idea with others outside of this group.

If you are worried about a competitor from your city joining this group and stealing your ideas, you might want to consider not joining...this is a drama-free zone. If you are joining this group just to spy on said competitor, don't.

Please feel free celebrate your successes and ask for help if you need it. Remember that we are all here because we love what we do and want to grow and develop our talents.
