4Ocean can work with other firms on a Corp-to-Corp basis for this
contract and as always, we can also work with individuals on a 1099,
Corp-to-Corp or W-2 basis.

Max Bill Rate to 4Ocean on Corp-to-Corp or 1099 is $105/hr (all
inclusive). For individuals on a W-2 basis, we can pay a $150K base
salary plus monthly utilization bonuses and benefits for the 7 month
project.

3+ implementations with PeopleSoft Resource Management Module

This position will be client facing therefore written and verbal
communication skill must be excellent

Please note, for the PeopleSoft Mgmt Module opening, the manager has
clarified that they would like a resource based in or around the
Plano/Dallas, TX area. For this role, if the resource is not local, they
will need to be on-site at least 50% of the time, however, we will NOT
be able to reimburse travel expenses. If travel is required, you will
need to work that into your bill rate.

General Description:

ERP implementation, application design, and strategic consulting around
emerging technologies. Strategizes and implements business and
technology change working collaboratively with business leaders to align
technology and processes to organizational strategies and objectives.
Utilizes consulting intellectual property to develop solutions that
drive change throughout the entire organization to control costs,
increase operational efficiencies, improve productivity, accelerate
delivery time, enhance customer service, drive revenue, and cultivate
business growth. Develops and enhances intellectual property through
research and client experiences. Typically, the Principal Consultant II
is the key client contact and project leader for client solutions in a
complex environment in one technical area involving multiple products
and/or platforms. May manage to completion one large or several
concurrent small projects with multiple deliverables. Applies advanced
subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is
regarded as an expert both internally and externally. Interprets,
explains, advises, and makes recommendations on complex issues. Has
freedom in determining objectives of project. Develops and maintains
effective relationships with top executives in targeted companies and
participates as a key member in solutions and strategy decisions.
Consulting activities include identifying needs, developing,
influencing, and implementing proposals. Provides direction for entire
consulting project or a project team and makes decisions on approaches
and procedures. Program/project management responsibilities include
quality of deliverables, team, budget, schedule and invoices. Performs
work under consultative direction. Interaction is at management and
senior client level. Responsible for identifying new opportunities with
existing clients. Prepares project proposals, cost estimates and
participates in sales and proposal presentations. Performance is
typically measured by delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours
as well as accomplishments in various aspects of practice development,
including revenue growth. Typically requires 10+ years of prior
applicable experience and at least two to four years leadership
experience.
