What virtual reference software programs support "Ask a Librarian" icons
inside specific library databases (such as those provided by Ebsco, for
instance)? I know some OPAC software supports Ask a Librarian
icon/buttons inside their systems, but my question pertains specifically
to library databases. I ask this seemingly stupid question because by
chance I encountered such a button in a screen shot of a web survey
(Project SAILS, which my library is participating in). You can see a
copy of the screen shot at

<http://www.cofc.edu/~whitt/2005/projectSAILSscreenshot.jpg> . Again,
I'm interested in knowing the name of the VR software behind this
button... I know the database is Ebsco-provided!
Thanks in advance. Please respond directly to me, whitta@...
