In July 2005, the Collaborative Virtual Reference Symposium took place
in Denver, Colorado. We had great presentations about collaborative
programs, new technology, staffing marketing, etc. The format also
allowed for many informal confabs about collaboration, virtual reference
issues, future trends, etc.
