Could you please define "Central Reference Expert System"? If you are
referring to something like a knowledge database, that's one of the
basic features of QuestionPoint and there are many opinions about its
use...

Subject: [DIG_REF] Expert Systems in Libraries: Successes & Failures
Hello!
I am a new member to the list. I would like to know if any libraries
have implemented a Central Reference Expert System of any kind, and if
so what successes, failures, and lessons learned that resulted.
Thanks in advance.
