Is there any reason to believe this site won't be shut down as well? Yahoo seems

I am glad to see the gts troops back. Really it
shows how unfairly we were delt with, otherwise we
would of gone by now but we were mislead in believing
the co. was ok. I am still wondering who is buying

I think yhoo is at fault here, They cannot delete site only posting, unless fbi
is requesting to shut it down to prevent any deletion to certain posts otherwise
yahoo cannot silence freedom of speech

Union to start investigating Amman's association
with Yahoo so we can find out where HE posted on our
board and under what 'nick'. Then we can include ALL
gtls employees etc. And I think that the ACLU is free
(this idea comes from the Raging Bull board).

We have nothing to hide, that´s why we want a message board. It is GTS who have
to hide from us.

GTS Club - The Institution's board was the least
offensive and mildest forum I have yet to experience on the
net. I can think of no conceiveable reason for
attacking it (ok ebone_power lost his mind on a regular
basis and rogue posters appeared at odd hours but that
stuff was always cleaned up.<br><br>If you needed any
evidence that we are shaking the tree, you now have proof
that we might succeed.

The GTS Shareholders' Legal Committee has
contacted several law firms, including large national law
firms. They are reviewing the case and having
discussions with us about the basis under which they would
represent us. We expect to make a decision in the next few
days as to which firm will be retained. We will
certainly enter an appearance in any GTS bankruptcy filing,
perhaps file in other appropriate venues, as well as
coordinating complaints to the SEC, other federal agencies,
and the European authorities, as appropriate. We have
not been posting constant updates, but we are making
progress. We will need to raise a substantial legal defense
fund, so be prepared to consider contributing to
protect your investment, and make these people pay for
what they have tried to do to us. We will be in
contact. Feel free to post this at Raging Bull, and on the
Qwest and KPNQwest sites.

I'm going to post the link to this club on Raging Bull... I don't think too many
people know about it, including Christina, who's made some good posts on RB.

I think this board will work.  I'm pretty sure the other board is gone
permanently.

Is the other board really deleted? Or is it temporarely? If it is deleted I
think we should use this board and raging bull as a back-up.
