The opportunity
Novozymes¡¯ market development centre for Asia in Beijing, China is seeking to recruit a motivated, Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) for its brewing & beverage alcohol businesses.

Challenges
As a member of the Global Marketing Team for the brewing business, the RMM will be responsible for regional marketing & business development in Asia and globally responsible for driving marketing & business development for one or more brands or projects.

The RMM will be hired locally and based in the market development centre in Beijing, China and report directly to the Global Marketing Director.

Qualifications
You have a university degree, relevant technical background, and preferably an MBA and relevant Business to Business marketing experience. You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, including business English, and a drive for results. 

You have demonstrated success generating and communicating market insight based on well researched and analyzed market understanding; customer and market discovery; and business building, including enabling/equipping Sales to develop new business.

You are a leader and a team player with international and intercultural experience.
