Italian head hunting company with offices in Shanghai is urgently
looking for a smart Junior Consultant.

The position will report to the Senior Consultant.

Main responsibilities:
- editing and posting of advertisements
- screening and downloading of CVs
- market researches and competitor¡¯s analysis
- support in the recruiting process, including handling of cold
calls
- handling interviews with candidates
- back office and admin tasks related to the recruiting process
(including updating of candidates¡¯ database, editing of CVs,
arranging interviews, reference checking, ¡­)

Profile:
- Young Chinese native person
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Preference will be given to talents with at least a working
experience in recruiting (Executive Search company)
- Excellent communication skills
- Smart, dynamic and open-minded
- Quick-learner
- Able to work under pressure
