A French software editor has recently started up its activity in the
environment field in Europe after having conducted a significant
research study jointly with other European partners in the European
Union¡¯s research framework.
This French software company is looking for a Correspondent in
Shanghai. The job might evolve to a significant and permanent
position, as the company has ambitious very short term plans in
China. Applicants will receive a compensation based on their profile.

Job description
1. The correspondent will be in charge of identifying and short
listing relevant Chinese software development companies in the
Shanghai area to prepare the forthcoming visit of the software
editor¡¯s CEO. Relevant companies will have to meet the following
criteria:
- 50 to 300/500 employees
- internet links enabling applications exchanges with Europe
(France and Great Britain)
- Microsoft Sharepoint and Commerce Server ability
- XML and C sharp development ability
- Skype usage

2. The correspondent will have to conduct a market study on IT
profiles¡¯ selling rates (detailed charges) in the Chinese market,
especially as concerns project managers and +3-year experienced
developers.

3. The correspondent will also have to identify the universities and
professional schools specialized in computer science whose students
would agree to be in charge of special assignments (e.g. website¡­).

4. The correspondent would identify Chinese companies and/or
Universities or professional schools that have any experience in CO2
exchange platforms.

Languages
Applicants will have to speak Chinese for local contacts as well as
English (French would be a plus).
