We are developing our activities over the Chinese market. The company has been growing at a very fast pace. Your key mission is to develop and implement our HR policy.

Main missions:
- Developing and implementing the HR policy
- Managing the national recruitments
- Implementing and following the employee training
- Developing and managing talent pool
- Handling with work contracts
- Developing the retaining policy
- Managing the HR team
- Liaising with the headquarter

Profile requirements:
Our ideal candidate is well organized with a deep entrepreneur spirit and the following skills:

4/5 years of experience in human resources in retail and/or fashion
Good insight of the Chinese market province by province
Team management experience required
International experience would be a real plus
Mandarin / English bilingual
