The company was founded a few years ago by a team of French international experts in the cosmetic business and has developed exclusive distribution agreements in Asia with perfumes and cosmetics brands like KENZO, LOLITA LEMPICKA, GIVENCHY, NINA RICCI, PACO RABANNE, BULGARI, COTY, LANCASTER, LULU CASTAGNETTE, OXBOW, etc. and is now a 22 companies strong group spreading throughout Asia
In Taiwan, we have just finalized a majority Joint-Venture with a leading Taiwanese importer & distributor for the distribution of the upper mass market brand ADDIDAS (COTY Group).

We are now looking for the talent who will develop and implement this business and who will be our Country Manager Taiwan
(based in Taipeh)
(compensation package will be 7.000US$/month plus incentives plus housing allowance plus health insurance plus 1 rountrip ticket home/year).

¨¤ KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES |
- Set up STARASIA JV business, build up and manage team in Taipeh (2 division managers, 1 marketing manager and staff)
- Set up immediately a mass market division within the JV with a dedicated team
- Prepare and present marketing plans for each principal in relation with our associates and suppliers
- Manage and monitor the implementation of the marketing plans and be responsible for the results of these marketing plans
- Day to day stock and financial management
- Develop and manage sales to wholesalers and retail chains, hands-on manage Key Accounts in Taipeh and provincial areas as required

¨¤ PROFILE |
|
- you have minimum 7 years experience including 3 years experience in managing a strong consumer brand business in Taiwan, possibly as n¡ã2 or n¡ã3 of a large company or distributor with a strong drive for marketing and sales |
