This mailing list is an initiative of the Indonesian HR Professionals (IHRP) Society.

We wish to draw those who have joined this list to the following rules of posting.

1. This list is solely meant for posting of executive job vacancies and executive job seekers. We define executive jobs as jobs with a basic salary of above Rp 8 million (+/- US$ 880) per month.
2. Posting of other subjects is prohibited.
3. Posting of job vacancies can be done by members this list, but should state complete company name, office address, phone fax numbers and email address.
4. Job vacancy postings by recruitment agencies should be channelized through the moderators and the name, address and phone fax numbers and email address of the hiring company must be known to the moderators
5. Anonymous job vacancy postings should be channelized through the moderators and the name, address and phone fax numbers and email address of the company must be known to the moderators
6. Job seeking postings can be done by all members of this list.
7. Anonymous job seeking postings should be channelized through the moderators and the name, address and phone number of the job seeker must be known to the moderators
8. Responses to job vacancy postings and job seeking postings should be sent directly to the email address of the person who has posted the message.
9. Postings of links to other groups / sites are prohibited.

The above policies is instituted, to ensure quality of the postings in this list.

Members who violate above rules will be banned without prior notice.
